How to return

If you decided to return any parts you must inform us in writing within 7 working days. The goods must then be returned to us ASAP within maximum of 30 days and we will issue you with a full refund. This is in accordance with UK Distance selling laws. Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Buyer will pay the return charges and he is fully responsible for the goods to be returned safely and in original condition.

Signature upon collection/delivery it is strongly recommended!

Refund will be made only after the goods are returned first!

Goods not reported within 7 days and not returned within 30 days will not be considered for any type of re-imbursement!

 

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR REFUND GIVEN IF SUPPLIED PARTS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED, PAINTED OR ALTERED WHILE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE CUSTOMER OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING WHILST BEING RETURNED!!

 

Please note that most of the car parts including air bags and related components require specialist knowledge to identify the correct parts and properly install them on the vehicles therefore it is a customer responsibility to use fully qualified mechanics and auto electricians in order to fit them on.

 

If the parts were supplied incorrectly by ourselves, we will send correct replacement parts free of charge as soon as the the wrong ones are received. If we are out of stock we will issue a partial or full refund depend on customer request.

If the buyer is at fault in ordering incorrect parts we will do our best to offer correct replacements. Buyer will pay second postage and we will either refund any difference in price of the parts or the customer prior to dispatch will make additional payment.

 

If the goods are returned for no reason as no longer required then The Macstan75 Ltd Company reserved the right to charge the handling fee up to 40% plus carriage charges if apply.

 

The Macstan75 Limited Company is not able to accept any responsibility for labour charges incurred in fitting/removal of parts!
